  Visited the bowling ally in August with my wife and two children, who wanted a 'burger and bowling' treat..it's a high spec place and looked great but the customer experience did not match...American girl at the counter was more interested in being on her phone and when I asked the man in the cafe for burger and chips he replied 'we stop doing burgers at 5pm..I can only do you a pizza' - this was at 5:30! I told the American girl, who's reply was 'unless he's changed the menu he you should still be able to get burgers'..that's it..no intervention to solve the issue. Upon leaving I then raised with what I assume was the duty manager (young skinny lad)..who said all the right things and took my details..and I've still yet to have a phone call.
  
  I am a gym member at St Annes YMCA..shocking!
